idea: update and split Create Article Web Links page

The idea is this: we split the Creating an Article Web Link into 2 pages: one for students and one for faculty. That way we can dumb down the student one and make it more readible/scannable and we can then make the faculty one more geared to their needs of putting links into Angel.

Good idea, in terms of making it more readible, however, shouldn't it be as easy for one as the other? I'd rather there not be 2 different pages to maintain when creating a purl is the same in either case. Maybe a child page could exist for faculty that contains info on putting links in ANGEL. That can still apply to students though, as they may want to paste a link in a discussion.

Whatever changes we make, can we do it in a step-by-step format? I think once this is done we should post the steps to the blog (if a blog of this doesn't already exist).
